基于"从阳引阴"探讨艾管针对中风后肩痛患者的影响
Effect of Moxa-Tube Acupuncture in Treatment of Post-Stroke Shoulder Pain Based on'Guiding Yin through Yang'

Abstract
Objective:To compare the efficacy of the conventional acupuncture and moxa-tube acupuncture based on the theory of'guiding Yin through Yang in treatment of post-stroke shoulder pain.Methods:72 patients with post-stroke shoulder pain were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with moxa-tube acupuncture;whereas the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.Both groups were treated once a day,6 times a week for 4 weeks.The changes in the scores of VAS,FMA and Constant-Murley shoulder function,and the levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 were compared between the two groups.Results:The VAS scores,and the levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 showed decreasing tendency after the treatment compared with those before the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05),with a more pronounced reduction observed in the observation group(P＜0.05).The scores of FMA and the Constant-Murley shoulder function were significantly increased after the treatment compared with those before the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05),and the increases were more significant in the observation group(P＜0.01).Conclusion:Moxa-tube acupuncture is effective in treatment of post-stroke shoulder pain,which can effectively reduce shoulder pain and improve shoulder joint function.The mechanism may be related to reducing the levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 and alleviating inflammatory responses.关键词
