电针左侧肢体经穴对双侧初级运动皮层兴奋性作用研究
Effect of Electro-Needling Points of Left Limb on Excitability of Bilateral Primary Motor Cortex

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of electro-needling the points of the left limb on the excitability of the bilateral primary motor cortex(M1)under physiological conditions.Methods:On the basis of meeting the exclusion and inclusion criteria,a total of 40 healthy subjects were included in this study,which were randomized into the electro-acupuncture(EA)group and the sham EA group,with 20 cases in each group.The EA group was treated with electro-needling Quchi(LI11),Zusanli(ST36),Hegu(LI4)and Chongyang(ST42)of the left limb.In the sham EA group,K Streitberger placebo was placed on the skin of LI11,ST36,LI4 and ST42 of the left limb without inserting into the skin.The needle retention lasted 15 minutes in both groups.The RMT and MEP of the thenar muscles induced by TMS were recorded before and after the intervention in the two groups.Results:In terms of the amplitude of MEP,it was significantly increased on the both sides in the EA group(P<0.01);however,no significant difference was shown in the sham EA group(P>0.05).In terms of the latency of MEP,no significant differences were shown in both groups(P>0.05).In terms of RMT,it was significantly decreased in the EA group(P<0.05);however,no significant difference was shown in the sham EA group(P>0.05).In terms of unilateral effects on excitability in the left and right M1 brain regions,the difference in MEP amplitude between before and after the intervention in the left M1 brain area was greater than that on the right side in both groups,but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05);the difference in RMT between before and after the intervention in the left M1 brain area was greater than that on the right side,with statistical differences observed in the EA group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under physiological conditions,electro-needling points of the left limb can promote the excitability of the bilateral M1 brain region,which shows difference between the left and right brain regions.关键词
