五脏俞穴位埋线治疗乳腺癌患者癌因性疲乏的临床研究
Clinical Study on Five-Zang Acupoints Catgut Embedding in Treatment of Breast Cancer Related Fatigue

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative efficacy of five-Zang acupoints catgut embedding in treatment of breast cancer related fatigue and to observe its influence to life quality and immune function of the patients.Methods:60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated by conventional acupuncture,once a day,6 times per week for four weeks;the treatment group was treated by five-Zang acupoints catgut embedding,once per 7 days for 4 times.The scores of Cancer Fatigue Scale(CFS),Karnofsky Performance Status(KPS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and TCM symptoms,as well as the indexes of immune function were compared between before and after the treatment in the two groups.Results:The scores of CFS,PSQI and TCM symptoms were decreased after the treatment compared with those before the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05),and the decreases were more significant in the treatment group than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The KPS scores were higher after the treatment than those before the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05),and the KPS score was higher in the treatment group than that in the control group after the treatment(P＜0.05).The levels of CD3+,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+were increased after the treatment compared with those before the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05),and the increases of the treatment group were more significant than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Five-Zang acupoints catgut embedding has a good clinical effect on breast cancer related fatigue,which can significantly reduce or eliminate the fatigue state of the patients and improve the quality of sleep,which possesses significant clinical application value.关键词
