Abstract
Under the background of advancing standardization strategy in China,water conservancy standardization work becomes increasingly crucial for promoting high-quality development and fostering new quality productive forces of water resources.Since 2015,the development of group standards in our country is rapid that have boosted the development of new products,formats and models and supply of high-quality products and services,and turned to be a key driving force for the development of new quality productive forces.The research sorts out the relevant policy documents on standardization at the national and water conservancy industry levels,analyzes the policy support of group standards in the development of new quality productive forces of water resources,explores the fit and practical effectiveness of group standards with new technologies and new business forms in water conservancy through case analysis,and collects and analyzes the current situation of the compilation,application and management of water conservancy group standards through investigation and research.The results show that group standards have played a key role in development of new productive forces,satisfying development needs,providing policy support,and offering practical guidance.The standardization work has made great achievements in institutional mechanisms,industry management,standard supply and internationalization.However,problems such as cognitive positioning deviation,low quality,ineffective supervision,and insufficient incentives are existed.To address the above issues,measures and suggestions are proposed,such as strengthening top-level design and guidance and incentives,effective supervision and management,and transformating outcomes into practices and consolidating basic work.关键词
