摘要
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]At present, the relationships among China, the United States, and Russia con-stitute a typical strategic triangle, implying that adjustments in U.S.foreign policy will inevitably exert a profound influ-ence on the foreign policies of China and Russia,as well as on the overall dynamics of trilateral interactions.Analyzing Russian think tanks'perceptions of China-U.S.relations and their trajectory not only enhances China's understanding of the future direction of these relations from a third-party perspective and provides lessons from historical experiences of other nations, but also helps to dicern the adjustments and limitations of Russia's foreign policy. This,in turn, offers valuable insights for advancing China's distinctive major-country diplomacy under evolving global circumstances.[Method/Process]This paper employs text analysis, selecting 29 representative documents from 9 major Russian think tanks as the analytical sample.By systematically summarizing and analyzing their key perspectives on China-U.S.relations and their trajectory, the study seeks to provide a comprehensive understanding of Russian strategic assessments.[Result/Conclusion]The findings indicate that Russian think tanks generally perceive the Trump administration as adopting a tougher stance toward China, with increased competition between two countries in areas such as trade, technology, and geopolitics. In response,China should maintain strategic communication with the U.S.to foster mutual understanding and build consensus, actively advocate and practice multilateralism to prevent the formation of a U.S.-led containment strategy against China, persist in empowering Chinese modernization through technological innovation to seize the ini-tiative in international competition, and fully leverage the role of think tanks in guiding public opinion and conducting public diplomacy to enhance domestic and international understanding of China's foreign policy.关键词
