北约智库对认知战的理解与应用:一项系统性评价研究
Review of NATO Think Tanks'Research on Cognitive Warfare
摘要
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]As a pioneer and leading authority in cognitive warfare,this paper aims to analyze the latest research results of NATO think tanks on cognitive warfare and conducts a cognitive analysis,with a view to providing a reference framework for China to assess NATO countries'cognitve warfare strategies and offering countermeasures and suggestions for addressing NATO's cognitive warfare against China.[Method/Pro-cess]This study adopts a document analysis approach,selecting 56 representative documents from 11 authoritative NATO-affiliated think tanks released since January 2022.By systematically reviewing these documents,this study identifies key themes related to cognitive warfare,examines their overarching characteristics,formation reasons and potential impacts.[Result/Conclusion]NATO think tanks'research on cognitive warfare primarily focuses on the ontology,characteristics,and strategic goals of cognitive warfare,presenting characteristics such as offensive and biased.The results of these studies are affected by cognitive combat lethality,ideological bias and strategic attributes,etc.,which have an impact on the government's decision-making consulting,values dissemination and policy making towards China.In this context,China should take active measures to promote China's development in the field of cognitive warfare at the four levels of theory,science and technology,strategy,and international cooperation.关键词
