摘要
Abstract
The digital twin basin establishes a virtual simulation environment to map and simulate real basins, providing an intelligent support platform for the full-process management of basin information resources. As a crucial means of developing new quality productive forces in water conservancy, the construction of digital twin basins is of great significance for enhancing the digitalization, networking, and intelligentization of basin governance. To address key challenges in the digital construction of the Pearl River Basin—such as perception gaps due to monitoring blind spots, low intelligence levels of traditional models, and lagging decision-support systems—the Pearl River Water Resources Commission(PRWRC)initiated a pilot project for the digital wwin Pearl River Basin. This initiative aligns with the basin's needs for precise water resource allocation, scientific flood defense, and comprehensive aquatic ecosystem protection. The construction spans multiple dimensions, including data infrastructure, model platforms, and knowledge platforms.Several proprietary technologies were developed, including AI-based rapid flood forecasting for standard river channels,an OpenACC-accelerated 2D hydrodynamic model,an intelligent flood forecasting and dispatching system, and the"Dayu Zhi Shui"knowledge model, and have been applied in flood defense, drought resistance and supply guarantee, dynamic water resources dispatching, river and lake management, etc.关键词
