EU Think Tanks'Security Perception,Threat Construction and Policy Projection on China:Analysis of China's Security Reports Based on 10 Representative EU Think Tanks

Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]As the"external brain"of the European Union(EU)policymakers,the study of EU think tanks on China's security cognition,threat assessment and policy response serves as an invalu-able source of insight into the rationale and trajectory of the EU's China policy,and provides a crucial reference to safeguard the national security and the strategic stability of China-EU relations.[Method/Process]A total of 30 representative secutity research reports on China from 10 mainstream EU think tanks were selected,and the lit-erature analysis method was used to comprehensively analyze the current situation and policy stance of EU think tanks'security perceptions towatds China.[Result/Conclusion]Currently,there is a convergence in the security perception of EU mainstream think tanks towards China,focusing on the"challenges"and"threats"posed by Chi-na in terms of international order,geopolitical security,economic coercion and digital security,and advocating and supporting the adoption of policy measures to strengthen political resilience,enhance strategic response,reduce economic risks,and enhance digital advantages and security against China.关键词
