德国政治基金会的舆论生产与国际传播研究
The Research on Opinion Production and International Communication of German Political Foundations
摘要
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]Research on the development of German political foundations and how they produce and disseminate public opinion content and use international communication to achieve the purpose of implementing political education and conveying specific values can provide reference for promoting innova-tion in the discourse system of Chinese think tanks.[Method/Process]This article reviews the development and influence building methods of German political foundations,explores the social development and influence of German political foundations at home and abroad,and studies their role in influencing government policy making,public opinion,and communication and cooperation with international actors.[Result/Conclusion]The German Political Foundation pays attention to the color of values in academic research,widely sets up offices,and carries out political education activities to open up communication channels,output opinions in multiple ways to enhance the effectiveness of communication.In the field of public opinion,the German Political Foundation plays the role of"adviser"and"norm advocate",and through three closely related ways such as establishing a transnational ex-change network and participating in dialogue,bridging and mediating conflicts,and providing solutions to global problems,it can influence citizens and politicians at home and abroad and promote the dissemination of their po-litical values.关键词
