Research Progress on Meridian-Sinew Acupuncture Therapy for Post-Stroke Spastic Paralysis
摘要
Abstract
Post-stroke spastic paralysis is a common complication of stroke,characterized by limb pain,abnormal muscle tone,posture deformities,and reflex abnormalities,severely affecting patients'quality of life.Meridian-sinew acupuncture therapy,guided by the principles of meridian-sinew theory in TCM,is a specialized acupuncture technique aimed at treating conditions associated with meridian-sinew.It employs methods such as surrounding needling,centro-square needling,and dispersing needling at specific points,playing a significant role in stroke rehabilitation.This study delves into the theoretical foundations of TCM's meridian-sinew theory,providing a deeper understanding and rationale for using meridian-sinew acupuncture therapy in treatment of post-stroke spastic paralysis.It aims to offer a theoretical basis for the therapy and propose new clinical approaches for treating paralysis.关键词
