基于目标层综合评价的河流健康评价研究及应用
A research and application of river health evaluation based on comprehensive evaluation of target layers——taking the Hai'an section of the New Tongyang Canal as an example

Abstract
River health assessment is an important part of ecological civilization construction.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign river health assessment methods and the connotation of river health,a river health evaluation index system is made which is consisting of 11 indicators in 4 criteria layers:"basin","water","biology",and social service function,based on the characteristics of the plain water network water system.The quantitative analysis of river health status has certain universality and objectivity.On the basis of establishing a river health evaluation index system,the Hai'an section of the New Tongyang Canal was selected as an example,and the weights of each evaluation index were determined using the Analytic Hierarchy Process.The health value of the Hai'an section of the New Tongyang Canal was calculated layer by layer by weighting according to the index layer,criterion layer,and target layer,and the RHI was 96.69,which is in line with the true characteristics of the river's current situation.However,it is still necessary to strengthen long-term management and protection of the river,maintain the life and health of the river,and ensure the sustainable.The analysis points out that the evaluation of river health involves a wide range of contents,from natural to social factors,from rivers,aquatic organisms to human society.The factors restricting river health and their interrelationships are rather complex,resulting in the complexity of river health research and regional differences in evaluation indicators.Further improvement is still needed in the future research.关键词
