温针灸改善类风湿关节炎的作用机制研究进展
Research Progress on Mechanism of Needle-Warming Moxibustion in Improving RA
摘要
Abstract
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a chronic,systemic autoimmune disease characterized by immune dysfunction.Its main pathological features include synovial hyperplasia,pannus formation,immune cell infiltration,and destruction of articular cartilage and bone.Needle-warming moxibustion is an effective treatment for RA and has been widely applied in clinical practice.In recent years,research on the mechanisms of needle-warming moxibustion in treating RA has been increasingly explored.This study reviews recent basic and clinical studies in the fields of needle-warming moxibustion and RA.It summarizes the mechanism by which needle-warming moxibustion improves RA,in terms of regulating immune function,inhibiting inflammatory responses,reducing synovial hyperplasia,and delaying cartilage and bone destruction.The aim is to provide references for the clinical treatment and scientific research of RA.关键词
