Action Mechanisms of Needling Acupoints of Du Meridian in Treatment of IBS Based on HPA Axis
摘要
Abstract
Modern medicine believes that irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)is associated with the hyperfunction of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis(HPA axis).Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the disease location of IBS lies in the Intestines,which is closely associated with the Liver and Spleen,and brain-spirit dysfunction is the key to the pathogenesis of IBS-D.Du meridian enters collateral through brain and is closely related to the gastrointestinal organs and meridians,which can achieve the harmony between the spirit and the Spleen and Stomach.This study briefly described the theoretical basis and acupuncture manipulations of the treatment of IBS-D,briefly analyzed the correlation between the HPA axis and IBS-D,and discussed the action mechanism of needling acupoints of Du meridian to regulate the HPA axis in the treatment of IBS-D.It pointed out the feasibility of needling acupoints of Du meridian to treat IBS-D.关键词
