Recent Clinical Research Status on Specialized Filiform Needling in Treatment of CSR
摘要
Abstract
Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR)is one of the most common musculoskeletal disorders.Currently,its treatment primarily involves surgical and conservative approaches.Compared to conventional methods in Western medicine,acupuncture has gradually gained favor among patients for the treatment of CSR.This study provides a review of specialized filiform needling techniques for treating CSR.It summarizes the unique filiform needling methods used in recent years,including ancient techniques,modern distinguished TCM practitioners'approaches,and specific needling techniques for special anatomical sites.The academic concepts,clinical practices,acupoint combinations,and applications of these specialized techniques are outlined,aiming to offer broader perspectives and treatment options for managing CSR.关键词
