Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of progressive nursing model in the perioperative period of chronic suppurative otitis media patients.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 102 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media who received treatment at Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology from June 2020 to June 2022.They were assigned into control and observation groups at a ratio of 1:1,with 51 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received progressive nursing model in addition to the method of the control group.The application effects of two groups were Compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher overall effective rate of hearing and a higher perioperative comfort score(P<0.05).The proportion of mild hearing impairment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the proportion of severe and extremely severe hearing impairment was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The negative emotion scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after nursing,and both groups showed a decrease compared with those before nursing,with significant differences(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications during nursing was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of progressive nursing model in patients with chronic suppurative otitis media in the perioperative period can significantly increase the postoperative hearing,reduce the degree of hearing impairment,improve the perioperative comfort and psychological state,and reduce the occurrence of complications.关键词
