预警护理结合综合评估在老年肺部感染患者院内护理中的应用价值

Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing effect of early warning nursing combined with comprehensive evaluation method in elderly patients with pulmonary infection.Methods A total of 110 elderly patients with pulmonary infection admitted to Taixing People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were enrolled for this study.The random number table method was employed to divide the subjects into two groups,with each group containing 55 cases.The control group was given routine nursing model,while the observation group was given early warning nursing combined with comprehensive evaluation intervention.The blood gas analysis parameters and other parameters of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group exhibited a reduced length of hospital stay,a shorter time to first expectoration,a lower cost of hospitalization,an increased volume of expectoration,a lower total complication rate,an enhanced recovery of expectoration ability,and a better sputum viscosity degree(P<0.05).On the 7th day after admission and at discharge,the arterial partial pressure of oxygen and scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Both groups were better than those at admission(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of early warning nursing combined with comprehensive evaluation intervention in hospital care of elderly patients with pulmonary infection can promote the recovery of their expectoration ability,reduce the complication rate and hospitalization costs,and improve the blood gas analysis parameters and quality of life.关键词
