不同负压对乳腺癌假体乳房重建术后引流量及乳房美观度的影响
Effect of Different Negative Pressure Therapy Techniques on Drainage Volume and Breast Aesthetics of Prosthetic Breast Reconstruction

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of different drainage systems for negative pressure therapy on drainage volume and breast aesthetics of prosthetic breast reconstruction.Methods Eighty-six breast cancer patients treated with prosthetic breast reconstruction in the author's hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected,and classified into two groups using random number table method,each with 43 cases.For negative pressure therapy,observation used double-pipe suction drainage,while control group was given single-pipe suction drainage and pressure bandage.Then the postoperative clinical indicators including time of drainage tube removal,surgical site healing time and postoperative length of stay,the postoperative drainage volume at different time points,complications,breast aesthetics and total satisfaction rate were compared between two groups.Results Observation group had decreased time of drainage tube removal,surgical site healing time and postoperative length of stay compared to control group(P＜0.05).The postoperative drainage volume at postoperative 1 d and 3 d,and total drainage volume in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).The incidence rate of postoperative complications was 9.30%in observation group,which was lower than 30.23%in control group(P＜0.05).The excellent rate of breast aesthetics at postoperative 2 months was 93.02%in observation group,which was higher than 76.74%in control group(P＜0.05).Observation group reported a higher satisfaction rate compared to control group at postoperative 2 months(90.70%vs.74.42%,P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with single-pipe suction drainage+pressure bandage,application of double-pipe suction drainage following prosthetic breast reconstruction can effectively promote postoperative recovery,decrease drainage flow,reduce the risk of complications,and improve the aesthetics of breast and satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.关键词
