摘要
Abstract
In the realm of industrial production,water cooling technology is widely employed as a crucial method for equipment cooling.Traditional water cooling practices involve the direct discharge of used hot water,leading to resource wastage.To address this issue,the article proposes an intelligent circulating water cooling control device.This device primarily consists of a temperature control system,a water volume control system,a cooling system,and a water pipe connection system.The control method utilizes an incremental PID algorithm,with temperature sensors monitoring the water temperature in the pool in real time and comparing it to a preset value.When a discrepancy between the actual water temperature and the preset value is detected,the system automatically controls the opening of the water valve,allowing the recooled water to flow back into the pool,thereby achieving the recycling of water resources.This approach effectively conserves resources,enhances energy utilization efficiency,and demonstrates significant energy-saving and emission-reduction effects.关键词
