摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)combined with silver ion antibacterial dressing in the treatment of stage 3-4 pressure injury. Methods Clinical data of patients with stage 3-4 stress injury treated in the author's hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were retrospectively analyzed, and were divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(41 cases)according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with negative pressure closed drainage technology, and the observation group was treated with silver ion antibacterial dressing combined with negative pressure closed drainage technology. The levels of serum inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],pain mediators[5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),intracerebral neuropeptide(NPY),prostaglandin E2(PGE2)]and oxidative stress indexes[superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),glutathione(GSH)]and wound healing were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The incidence of complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment, the levels of inflammatory factors, pain mediators,MDA and wound healing indicators(wound healing time, wound bacterial culture detection rate)in observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05)while the levels of SOD and GSH were significantly higher compared to control group(P<0.05).After 1 week,1 month and 3 months of treatment, the observation group had significantly higher wound healing rate(P<0.05).Conclusion VSD combined with silver ion antibacterial dressing has a good application effect in the treatment of stage 3-4 pressure injury. It can significantly alleviate the inflammatory response and oxidative stress response, relieve the pain and reduce the risk of complications, and it has a positive effect on wound healing.关键词
