Abstract
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of interactive target theory combined with health education of PRECEDE-PROCEED model on the patients after thyroid cancer surgery.Methods A total of 92 patients who underwent thyroid cancer surgery at Jiangyuan Hospital,Jiangsu Institute of Nuclear Medicine,from January to December 2022 were included,and were divided into a control group(46 cases)and an observation group(46 cases)by assigning values using the random number table.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group adopted interactive target theory combined with health education of PRECEDE-PROCEED model on the basis of the control group's nursing plan.Both groups were intervened for 4 weeks.The stress response indicators,quality of life,and incidence of postoperative complications of the two groups were compared before and after nursing.Results After 1 and 4 weeks of intervention,the heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and adrenaline levels of both groups were better than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the levels of various stress response indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,the EORTC Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30(EORTC QLQ-C30)scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of both groups were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(8.70％)was lower than that in the control group(8.70％vs.23.91％,P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing model based on the interactive target theory and PRECEDE-PROCEED health education can significantly reduce the stress response,improve the quality of life,and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications in postoperative thyroid cancer patients.关键词
