Abstract
Objective To evaluate the implementation effect of family nursing guidance and targeted nursing in children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods A total of 90 children with mycoplasma pneumonia treated at Sanming First Hospital from April to October 2023 were included in the study.They were allocated into two groups according to the order of admission.Forty-five children who received routine nursing were set as the control group,and 45 children who received family nursing guidance and targeted nursing were set as the observation group.The pulmonary function before and after intervention,as well as the symptom relief time and treatment compliance after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The relief time of cough,wheezing,pulmonary moist rales,and fever in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The overall treatment compliance rate was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with admission,the ratio of volume at peak tidal expiratory flow to expiratory tidal volume,ratio of time to peak tidal expiratory flow to total expiratory time,tidal expiratory flow rate at 25％of tidal volume,and tidal expiratory flow rate at 50％of tidal volume in both groups increased at discharge and after 1 month of intervention(P<0.05),and the observation group had higher values than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Family nursing guidance and targeted nursing can improve the treatment compliance of children with mycoplasma pneumonia,promote the relief of clinical symptoms and the recovery of pulmonary function,and accelerate the overall rehabilitation process.关键词
