苗期低温冷害对人参生长、生理特性及药材质量的影响
Effects of Chilling Injury on Growth,Physiology and Quality of Panax ginseng at Seedling Stage

Abstract
Objective:To study the effects of chilling injury on the growth,physiological characters and quality of Panax ginseng at seedling stage.Methods:Two-year-old Panax ginseng was used as the experimental material.By simulating different low temperature conditions(0℃,5℃,10℃)in early spring,Panax ginseng at seedling stage was treated for 6 hours and 12 hours,respectively.The appearance and growth index of the plant,physiological characteristics of leaves and ginsenoside content of Panax ginseng roots were ob-served to explore the effects of different low temperature chilling injury treatments on the growth,physiology and quality of Panax gin-seng at seedling stage.Results:The growth of Panax ginseng plants after chilling injury showed obvious growth retardation.The growth inhibition of 0℃and 5℃treatment groups was greater than that of 10℃treatment group,and the inhibition of 0℃-12 h treatment was the most significant.With the prolongation of treatment time,plant height,stem diameter,roots dry weight and roots fresh weight and leaf area decreased.The contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll decreased significantly.The relative conductivity and malondialdehyde content increased,the activities of superoxide dismutase,peroxidase and catalase increased,and the contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein and proline increased significantly.The short-term low temperature chilling injury promoted the accumula-tion of ginsenoside content.The contents of Rg1,Rf and Rd saponins increased significantly,while the contents of Rb2 and Rb3 saponins changed little.Conclusion:The Panax ginseng plants after low temperature injury at the seedling stage jointly resist the damage caused by low temperature by slowing down the growth,increasing the activity of antioxidant enzymes and the content of osmotic substances,and regulating the synthesis and accumulation of ginsenosides.Among them,0℃low temperature injury causes irreversible growth inhibition of Panax ginseng plants at the seedling stage.关键词
