摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of holistic nursing intervention on postoperative complications, incision healing and scar formation in patients with cesarean section. Methods From January 2022 to January 2023,136 full-term parturients with single fetuses were selected from the obstetrics Department of the author's Hospital.According to different intervention modes, they were divided into control group(67 cases received routine intervention)and observation group(69 cases received holistic nursing intervention). The post-operative recovery, incision healing effect, scar tissue recovery and complications were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the time for getting out of bed, anal exhaust and postoperative urinary catheter removal in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).8 days after surgery, the total effective rate of incision healing in the observation group(95.65%)was higher than the total effective rate(86.57%)in the control group(P<0.05).1 month,3 months,6 months after surgery, the thickness and width of scar tissue in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group.after intervention, the total incidence rate of complications in the observation group(1.45%)was lower than the total incidence rate in the control group(14.93%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of holistic nursing intervention for cesarean section patients is conducive to promoting incision healing after obstetrics and gynecology, reducing the incidence of complications, and effectively alleviating incision scars, with good aesthetic effect, worthy of clinical recommendation.关键词
