Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of collaborative nursing in progressive rehabilitation nursing for Parkinson disease patients after deep brain stimulation(DBS)surgery.Methods From June to October 2023,100 Parkinson disease patients who underwent DBS surgery were selected as the research subjects.The subjects were allocated into a control group and an observation group by the use of a random number table,each with 50 cases.The control group received routine postoperative nursing for neurosurgery,while the observation group received collaborative nursing based on the intervention method of the control group.The negative emotions,gait function,quality of life,and motor function were compared between the two groups.Results At 4 and 12 weeks postoperatively,the observation group exhibited lower scores than the control group in the Self-Rating Anxiety/Depression Scale,the 39-item Parkinson Disease Questionnaire,and the Unified Parkinson Disease Rating Scale Part Ⅲ,and both groups exhibited lower scores than those before surgery(P<0.05).At 12 weeks postoperatively,both groups showed a statistically significant decrease compared with those at 4 weeks postoperatively(P<0.05).At 4 and 12 weeks postoperatively,the gait function indicators(step length,walk velocity,and cadence)of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and both groups performed better than those before surgery(P<0.05).At 12 weeks postoperatively,both groups showed better outcomes than those at 4 weeks postoperatively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Collaborative nursing can improve gait function,quality of life,and motor function of Parkinson disease patients,and alleviate their negative emotions.关键词
