艾叶腺毛分布特点及内含物变化的规律研究
Study on the Distribution Characteristics of Glandular Trichomes and the Changes of Inclusions in Artemisia argyi Leaves

Abstract
Objective:To clarify the characteristics of distribution of glandular trichomes and the dynamic accumulation of fla-vonoids and phenolic acids in Artemisia argyi leaves at different growth stages,so ao to provide a theoretical basis for further analyzing the quality formation process of Artemisia argyi leaves and determining the precise harvesting time of Artemisia argyi leaves.Methods:The glandular trichomes density on the upper surface of Artemisia argyi leaves at 5 different growth stages and 3 different positions was determined by microidentification method.Meanwhile,the contents of 4 flavonoids and 5 phenolic acids in leaves were detected by high performance liquid chromatography,and the correlation between glandular trichomes density and the two secondary metabolites and their changes were analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in glandular trichomes density on the upper surface of Artemisia arg-yi leaves with the same position at different growth stages,but there was significant difference in glandular trichomes density on the up-per surface of Artemisia argyi leaves with different positions at the same growth stage(P<0.05).With plant growth,the contents of 4 fla-vonoids in Artemisia argyi leaves increased first and then decreased,and the contents of flavonoids in the upper leaves of the fourth growth period(Dragon Boat Festival)were the highest,while the contents of 5 phenolic acids showed a decreasing trend.Based on the correlation analysis results,it was speculated that the content of flavonoids in Artemisia argyi leaves was affected by glandular trichomes density,leaf growth and plant growth,while phenolic acids were closely related to plant growth.Conclusion:This study confirmes the cor-relation between the glandular trichomes development of Artemisia argyi leaves and the accumulation of key secondary metabolites,the maximum content of the indicator components appears at a time that coincides with the local custom of harresting Artemisia argyi leaves around Dragon Boat Festiral.关键词
