Abstract
Objective:To understand the population structure and genetic diversity of Smilax china from different places,so as to provide scientific basis for better exploitation and utilization of Smilax china,a genuine medicinal resource in Hubei province.Methods:The population structure,principal component analysis,phylogenetic relationship and genetic diversity index of 36 samples from five provinces were analyzed one by one based on the sequencing of SNP sites in simplified genomes.Results:The samples were divided into G1 and G2 groups.The average expected heterozygosity(He)and observed heterozygosity(Ho)of the two groups were 0.0608 and 0.0611,respectively.The inbreeding coefficients(Fis)were 0.4434 and 0.4344,respectively.The average polymorphism information content(PIC)was 0.0497 and 0.0477,respectively.Nucleic acid diversity(π)was 0.0622 and 0.0705,respectively.The population differentiation index(Fst)was 0.8191.Conclusion:The 36 samples collected can be divided into two groups,the degree of genetic dif-ferentiation between the two groups is large,but the genetic distance within each group is small.This study lays a solid foundation for further germplasm evaluation,breeding population construction and new variety breeding.关键词
