Abstract

Objective:To explore the effects of different fresh cutting methods of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata on the quality,and to find the optimal fresh cutting process of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata by comparing with traditional cutting methods.Meth-ods:The contents of six kinds of alkaloids in Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata with different degrees of fresh cutting,cleaning times,grades,slice thickness and drying temperature were determined by UPLC,and then the contents of total alkaloids,drying time,appear-ance traits and storage resistance of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata were analyzed by membership degree method.Results:The best fresh processing technology of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata was as follows,after purifying,primary Aconiti Lateralis Radix Pra-eparata and secondary Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata were screened,dried for a day,cut into 5 to 7 mm slices,washed 3 to 4 times,and dried in the dryer at 70℃.The content of monoester alkaloids in Heishunpian obtained from Ganfupian processing was 0.246%,which was higher than that of traditional cutting Heishunpian(0.018%).Conclusion:The fresh cutting of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Pra-eparata is beneficial to the preservation and can reduce the loss of effective ingredients.It has the value of popularization and applica-tion.
