改良式Twin-Block矫治器对未成年骨性安氏Ⅱ类1分类错牙合畸形患者软硬组织改变及牙齿美观度的影响
Effect of Modified Twin-block Appliance on Soft and Hard Tissue Changes and Tooth Beauty of Juvenile Patients with Skeletal Angle Class Ⅱ Division 1 Malocclusion

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of modified Twin-Block appliance on the changes of soft and hard tissues and the beauty of teeth in juvenile patients with skeletal Angle Class Ⅱ division 1(AngleⅡ1)malocclusion.Methods From June 2020 to June 2022,80 patients with skeletal AngleⅡ1 malocclusion in our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group(40 cases,treated with traditional Twin-Block appliance)and the observation group(40 cases,treated with modified Twin-Block appliance).All patients were treated for 6 months and followed up for 12 months.The grouping method was random number table method.The soft tissue indexes,hard tissue indexes and temporomandibular joint parameters were compared between the two groups before and after 6 months of treatment.The subjective scores of correction effect during treatment and the aesthetic satisfaction of teeth after 12 months of follow-up were statistically analyzed.Results After 6 months of treatment,E-lower-lip,E-upper-lip,L1-NB,∠L1-NB,U1-NA,∠U1-NA were lower than before treatment,and which in the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).UL-U1,the thickness of the chin soft tissue,the nasolabial angle,the inclination angle of the chin groove,U1-L1,the upper joint space and the posterior joint space were higher than before treatment,and which in the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).During the treatment,the scores of wearing smoothly,wearing compliance and wearing comfort in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After 12 months of follow-up,the total satisfaction rate of dental aesthetics in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional Twin-Block appliance,the improved Twin-Block appliance can effectively improve the soft and hard tissue indexes and temporomandibular joint parameters of the patients with skeletal Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion,improve the subjective evaluation of the patients'orthodontic effect and the satisfaction of the teeth aesthetics,and have a good orthodontic effect.关键词
