大腹皮的生物碱类成分研究
Study on Alkaloids from the Peels of Areca catechu
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the alkaloids in the peels of Areca catechu.Methods:The alkaloids from the the peels of Areca cate-chu were isolated and purified by using silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,ODS,and preparative HPLC chromatography.The structures were i-dentified based on physicochemical properties and spectral data.Results:Nine compounds were isolated from the peels of Areca catechu and identified as arechuine E(1),arechuine F(2),guvacine(3),arecaidine(4),arecoline(5),arecaidine methyl betaine(6),are-catemine C(7),neoechinulin A(8),N-acetyl-L-phenylalaninol(9),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 1 and 2 are two new piperidine alkaloids.The nine isolated alkaloids are virtual screened for excitatory GABAA receptors,and the results show that com-pound 8 has potential antiepileptic activity.关键词
