Study on the Secondary Metabolites from Intestinal Endophytes Graphium sp.GD-11 of Gekko swinhonis

Abstract
Objective:To study the secondary metabolites of Graphium sp.GD-11,a stickleback strain isolated from the intestinal endophytes of Gekko swinhonis.Methods:The Graphium sp.strain was fermented with rice medium and the fermentation products were extracted by ethyl acetate and isolated and purified by silica gel column,ODS column,Sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative liquid chromatography,the compounds were identified by spectral data.Results:Ten compounds were isolated from intestinal endophytes Graphium sp.GD-11 of Gekko swinhonis and identified as 6-(α-L-rhamnopyranosyl)-p-cymene-2,3-diol(1),epi-guaidiol A(2),malas-sezione(3),N-(2'-hydroxytetracosyl)-1,3,4-trihydroxy-2-amino-octadecane(4),p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(5),p-hydroxyphenylacetic acid methyl ester(6),dibutyl phthalate(7),4-hydroxyphenethyl-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)acetate(8),(2S)-1-O-heptatriacontanoyl glycer-ol(9),(+)-ethyl-4-methylheptanoate(10),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compound 1 is a new compound,and compounds 2 to 10 are isolated from secondary metabolites of Graphium sp.GD-11 for the first time.Compound 1 can inhibit the release of NO from RAW 264.7 cells induced by LPS.关键词
