草珊瑚中倍半萜类成分的研究
Study on Sesquiterpenoids from Sarcandra glabra

Abstract
Objective:To study the sesquiterpenoids from Sarcandra glabra.Methods:A combination of silica gel column chroma-tography,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and semi-prepared HPLC was used to isolate and purify the sesquiterpenoids from Sarcandra glabra.The structures of the compounds were identified according to the physical and chemical properties and spectral data.Results:Eighteen sesquiterpenoids were isolated from Sarcandra glabra whole herb and identified as 1β-acetoxy-eudesma-4(15),7(11)-dien-8α,12-olide(1),1β-acetoxy-8β-hydroxyeudesman-4(15),7(11)-dien-8,12-olide(2),1-hydroxyeudesma-3,7(11)-dien-8-one(3),1-hydroxyeudesma-4(15),7(11)-dien-8-one(4),germacrone-1,10;4,5-diepoxide(5),norspathulenol(6),9α-hydroxy-atrac-tylenolide Ⅰ(7),neolitacumone C(8),8(9)-en-atractylenolide Ⅰ(9),hydroxyisogermafurenolide(10),9α-hydroxy-5α-H-eudesma-4(15),7(11)-dien-8α,12-olide(11),12-oxochloraniolide A(12),8-epiasterolid(13),atractylenolide Ⅲ(14),atractylenolide Ⅰ(15),neolitacumone B(16),spathulenol(17),chloranthalactone A(18),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 1 to 6 are isolated from the Chloranthaceae for the first time,and compounds 7 to 13 are isolated from Sarcandra genus for the first time.关键词
