火针联合泼尼松和卤米松治疗进展期白癜风的效果分析
Analysis of Application Effect of Fire Needle Combined with Prednisone and Halometasone on Progressive Vitiligo

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of fire needle combined with prednisone and halometasone in treating progressive vitiligo.Methods A total of 98 patients with progressive vitiligo in the hospital were included from February 2019 to February 2022,and were divided into control group(n=49,prednisone+halometasone)and observation group(n=49,fire needle+prednisone+halometasone)by means of random sampling method.The clinical efficacy in the two groups was evaluated.The skin lesion area,skin lesion pigment and inflammatory factors levels were compared before and after treatment.The safety and aesthetic satisfaction were assessed in both groups.Results The observation group had better clinical efficacy than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the skin lesion area and skin lesion pigment score in the observation group were reduced compared to the control group(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of interleukin-17(IL-17)and interleukin-23(IL-23)were lower in the observation group after treatment(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in adverse reactions between both groups(P＞0.05).The aesthetic satisfaction in the observation group at 3 months after treatment was risen significantly than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Fire needle combined with prednisone and halometasone has a significant therapeutic effect on progressive vitiligo.It can effectively reduce the area of skin lesion,lower the pigmentation of skin lesion,relieve the inflammatory response,and improve the aesthetic satisfaction of skin.关键词
