摘要

Abstract

Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Pheretima aspergillum and neuroprotective activities.Methods:Silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 dextran gel,ODS column and semi-preparative liquid chromatography were used to isolate and purify the chemical components of Pheretima aspergillum.The structures of the compounds were identified by MS,1 H-NMR,13 C-NMR and other modern spectral techniques.The neuroprotective activities of the compounds were evaluated by 6-hydroxydopamine(6-OHDA)-induced SH-SY5Y cell injury model.Results:Fifteen compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of Pheretima aspergillum and identified as er-gosta-7,22-diene-3β,5α,6α-triol(1),cholesterol(2),cyclo(L-Pro-L-Val)(3),cyclo(L-Pro-L-Ile)(4),cyclo(L-Pro-L-Leu)(5),pericochlorosin A(6),benzoic acid(7),4-hydroxybenzeneacetamide(8),catechol(9),p-dihydroxybenzene(10),uracil(11),thymine(12),6,9,10-trihydroxy-octadec-7-enoic acid(13),palmitic acid(14),methyl linoleate(15),respectively.Conclusion:Above com-pounds are isolated from Pheretima aspergillum for the first time,compounds 1,3,and 4 can inhibit 6-OHDA-induced SH-SY5Y cell in-jury and show significant neuroprotective activities.
