Chemical Constituents of Embelia laeta

Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Embelia laeta.Methods:Silica gel column chromatography,medium and low pressure preparative liquid phase and semi-preparative liquid phase chromatograph were used to isolate and purify the chemical components of Embelia laeta,and the structures were analyzed by HPLC and NMR spectroscopy.Results:Twelve compounds were isola-ted from the ethyl acetate extract of Embelia laeta and identified as cardol triene(1),cardol diene(2),(8'Z,11'Z,14'Z)-5-(heptade-ca-8',11',14'-trienyl)benzene-1,3-diol(3),alkylresorcinol B(4),5-(8'Z,11'Z-heptadecadienyl)-1,3-benzenediol(5),adipostatin A(6),5-(11'Z-heptadecenyl)-resorcinol(7),protocatechuic acid ethyl ester(8),2,2'-oxybis(1,4)-di-tert-butylbenzene(9),pyrocate-chol(10),1,3,5-trimethoxybenzene(11),decumbic acid(12),respectively.Conclusion:Except for compounds 4 and 8,the other com-pounds are isolated from Embelia laeta for the first time.关键词
