摘要

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents of Achyrocline satureioides and their inhibition on non-small cell lung cancer in vitro.Methods:The extract of Achyrocline satureioides was isolated and purified by ODS,Sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative HPLC,the structures of the isolated compounds were identified by the spectroscopic methods of nuclear magnetic resonance and mass spectrum,etc.The inhibition on non-small cell lung cancer in vitro of the compounds in Achyrocline satureioides was determined by the CCK8.Results:Eighteen compounds were isolated from Achyrocline satureioides and identified as grandifloric acid(1),4,2',4',β-tetra-hydroxy-6'-methoxy-α,β-dihydrochalcone(2),oplopanone(3),broussonin A(4),hinokiresinol(5),benzoic acid(6),2',3-dihydroxy-5-methoxybibenzyl(7),2,4,6-trimethoxyphenol(8),4,2',4'-trihydroxy-6'-methoxydihydrochalcone(9),3-methylkaempferol(10),1-methylbenzimidazole(11),3,5-dimethoxybenzaldehyde(12),isosakuranetin(13),umbelliferone(14),norauricepyrone(15),ent-kaur-16-en-18-ol(16),lepidissipyrone(17),ursolic acid(18),respectively.Compounds 1,2,3,5,7,9,10,17,18 inhibited the proliferation of A549 cells in vitro.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 1 to 16 are isolated from Achyrocline satureioides for the first time.Com-pounds 1,2,3,5,7,9,10,17,18 show inhibition of non-small cell lung cancer at 100 μmol/L in vitro.
