肉桂叶化学成分及降糖活性研究
Chemical Constituents of the Leaves of Cinnamomum cassia and Hypoglycemic Activity
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the leaves of Cinnamomum cassia and its effect on glucose consump-tion of insulin-resistant HepG2 cells.Methods:The compounds from the ethanol extract of the leaves of Cinnamomum cassia were isolated and purified by macroporous resin,MCI,silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative HPLC,and the structures were identified by spectroscopic data.The activities of the compounds were evaluated by using insulin-resistant HepG2 cells.Results:Nineteen compounds were isolated from the leaves of Cinnamomum cassia and identified as(7S,8S)-threo-4,9,9′-trihydroxy-3,3′-dim-ethoxy-8-O-4′-neolignan-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),(7S,8R)-erythro-4,9,9′-trihydroxy-3,3′-dimethoxy-8-O-4′-neolignan-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),sargentodoside C(3),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-7-O-α-L-ramnopyranoside(4),kaempferol-3,7-di-O-α-L-ramnopyranoside(5),kaempferol-4′-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(6),kaempferol-3-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)α-L-arabinofuranoside]-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(7),kaempferol-3-O-[β-D-apiofuranosyl(1→2)α-L-arabinofuranoside]-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(8),kaempferol-3-O-neohesperidoside(9),dehydrololiolide(10),loliolide(11),isololi-olide(12),(3S,5R,6S,7E)-3,5,6-trihydroxy-7-megastigmen-9-one(13),wilsonol H(14),safflowerine A(15),3,4,5-trimethoxyphe-nol(16),4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxybenzaldehyde(17),p-methoxy phenol(18),p-hydroxybenzoic acid(19),respectively.Conclusion:A-mong them,compounds 1 to 4,6,9 to 13,15,16 are isolated from Cinnamomum genus for the first time,compounds 1 to 13,15,16 are isolated from the Cinnamomum cassia for the first time.In vitro hypoglycemic activity studies show that compounds 1 to 3 and 6 to 9 can significantly increase glucose consumption of insulin-resistant HepG2 cells at a concentration of 10.0 μmol/L.关键词
