摘要

Abstract

Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Fissistigma retusum.Methods:Silica gel column chromatography,Seph-adex LH-20 column chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC were used to isolate and purified the 95%ethanol extract of Fissistigma retusum,and the structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.Results:Twenty compounds were isolated from Fissistigma retusum and identified as goniopedaline(1),aristolactam AⅢa(2),piperolactam A(3),piperolactam B(4),aristolo-lacttam AⅠa(5),aristolactam BⅡ(6),aristololactam AⅡ(7),O-methylmoscatoline(8),lysicamine(9),ethyl 4-hydroxybenzoate(10),ethyl 3,4-dihydroxybenzoate(11),telisatins A(12),telisatins B(13),5,6,7,8-tetramethoxyflavone(14),7-hydroxyl-5,6,8-tet-ramethoxyflavone(15),2-hydroxyl-3,4,5,6-tetramethoxydihydrochalcone(16),(+)-syringaresinol(17),(+)-isolariciresinol(18),2,6-dimethoxy-p-benzoquinone(19),(+)-bosciali(20),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 4,12,13,16 to 20 are isolated from Fissistigma genus for the first time.
