米槁枝叶化学成分研究
Chemical Constituents from the Twigs and Leaves of Cinnamomum migao
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents from the twigs and leaves of Cinnamomum migao.Methods:The eth-anol extract from the twigs and leaves of Cinnamomum migao was isolated and purified by a variety of chromatographic methods inclu-ding silica gel,Rp-C18 gel and semi-preparative HPLC.The structures of all compounds were identified by spectral data,physicochemi-cal properties combined with references.Results:Twenty-nine compounds were isolated from the twigs and leaves of Cinnamomum migao and identified as ent-4β-hydroxy-10α-methoxyaromadendrane(1),spathulenol(2),4β,10α-aromadendranediol(3),guaia-6α,7α-epoxy-4α,10α-diol(4),pancherione(5),ent-4(15)-eudesmene-1β-6α-diol(6),(+)-ent-epicubenol(7),trans-4,5-dihydroxycorocalane(8),oxyphyllone E(9),1,10-seco-4ζ-hydroxy-muurol-5-ene-1,10-diketone(10),T-cadinol(11),anomallenodiol(12),oxyphyllin I(13),humulene diepoxide A(14),caryophyllene-4β,5α-epoxide(15),(±)-humulene epoxide Ⅱ(16),alpinolide(17),furopelargone B(18),4-hydroxy-4,7-dimethyl-1-tetralone(19),mustakone(20),(R)-8-hydroxycarvotanacetone(21),3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid(22),4-hydroxybenzoic acid methyl ester(23),lariciresinol(24),listeanol(25),resveratrol(26),3-methyl resveratrol(27),α-to-copherol(28),quercetin-3-glucoside(29),respectively.Conclusion:All compounds are isolated from Cinnamomum migao for the first time.关键词
