狗牙根的木脂素和酚类化学成分研究
Chemical Constituents of Lignans and Phenols from Cynodon dactylon
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of lignans and phenols and the anti-inflammatory activities of Cynodon dactylon.Methods:The chemical constituents of 95%ethanol extract of Cynodon dactylon were isolated,purified,identified and their an-ti-inflammatory activities were studied by chromatography,spectroscopy and Griess method.Results:Eleven lignans and thirteen phenol-ic compounds were isolated from Cynodon dactylon and identified as(-)-pinoresinol(1),(5S,6S)-5,6-dihydro-3,8,10-trihydroxy-5-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-6-hydroxy methyl-2,4-dimethothoxy-7H-benzo[c]xanthen-7-one(2),4-ketopinoresinol(3),ficusesquil-ignan A(4),oryzativol C(5),(+)-syringaresinol(6),erythro-guaiacylglycerol-β-O-4′-dehydrodisinapyl ether(7),rel-(2α,3β)-7-O-methylcedrusin(8),(+)-(7R,7′R,7″R,7‴R,8S,8′S,8″S,8‴S)-4″,4‴-dihydroxy-3,3′,3″,3‴,5,5′-hexamethoxy-7,9′:7′,9-diepoxy-4,8″:4′,8‴-bisoxy-8,8′-dineolignan-7″,7‴,9″,9‴-tetraol(9),(7R,8R,8′R)-4′-guaiacylglycerylevofolin B(10),(-)-(7R,7′R,7″R,8S,8′S,8″S)-4′,4″-dihydroxy-3,3′,3″,5,5′-pentamethoxy-7,9′:7′,9-diepoxy-4,8″-oxy-8,8′-sesquineolignan-7″,9″-diol(11),1-O-fer-uloyl-3-O-p-coumaroylglycerol(12),3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1-propanone(13),p-coumaric acid(14),vanillic acid(15),1,3-di-O-feruloylglycerol(16),cis-1-O-p-coumaroylglycerol(17),trans-1-O-p-coumaroylglycerol(18),1-O-feruloylglycerol(19),3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-1-propanone(20),(erythro)-1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1-methoxyl-2,3-propanediol(21),p-hydroxy-benzaldehyde(22),vanillin(23),methyl-4-hydroxybenzoate(24),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 3 to 5,7 to 21,24 are isolated from Cynodon dactylon for the first time,compounds 3 to 6,9,11 have significant inhibitory effects on NO release from RAW264.7 inflammatory cells.关键词
