马蓝叶内生真菌Diaporthe sp.Nb 14次生代谢产物研究
Study on Secondary Metabolites of Endophytic Fungus Diaporthe sp.Nb 14 from Baphicacanthus cusia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the secondary metabolites of the endophytic fungus Diaporthe sp.Nb 14 isolated from the medicinal plant Baphicacanthus cusia.Methods:The secondary metabolites were isolated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,semi-prepara-tive HPLC and recrystallization,the structures were identified by spectroscopic method.The cytotoxic activities of some compounds were evaluated using the CCK-8 assay method.Results:Ten compounds were isolated from the secondary metabolites of the endophytic fungus Diaporthe sp.Nb 14 from Baphicacanthus cusia and identified as cytochalasin H(1),cytochalasin J(2),cytochalasin J1(3),cytochala-sin J2(4),phomoxanthone A(5),dicerandrol B(6),cyclo(L-Gly-Tyr)(7),cerebroside C(8),dihydro-4-hydroxy-5-hyroxymethyl-2(3H)-furanone(9),betulin(10),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 4,7,9,and 10 are isolated from Diaporthe sp.Nb 14 for the first time.The activity studies indicate that cytochalasins exhibit moderate activity against various cancer cells.关键词
