莲须HPLC指纹图谱建立及12种黄酮类成分的含量测定
Establishment of HPLC Fingerprint and Determination of Twelve Flavonoids in Nelumbinis Stamen

Abstract
Objective:To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Nelumbinis Stamen and to determine the contents of twelve flavonoids.Methods:The Zafex Supperfex AQ-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)chromatographic column was used,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2%formic acid solution with gradient elution.The HPLC fingerprint was established,similarity evaluation was carried out by"Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine Chromatographic Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation System(2012 edition)".SPSS 19.0 software was used for cluster analysis,and the contents of 12 components were determined at the same time.Results:There were 19 common peaks identified by 25 batches of Nelumbinis Stamen fingerprint.The similarity was equal or greater than 0.916.The twelve components had a good line-ar relationship with the peak area in their respective concentration ranges.The RSD of precision,repeatability and stability tests was less than 5.00%,average recoveries were 97.12%to 103.05%,and RSD was 0.28%to 0.96%.Conclusion:The HPLC method of Nelum-binis Stamen fingerprint and simultaneous determination of twelve flavonoids is established,which can provide a reference for the quality evaluation of Nelumbinis Stamen.关键词
