基于专利计量学分析锁阳的全球专利格局及研发态势
Analysis on the Global Patent Pattern and Research and Development Trend of Cynomorii Herba Based on Patent Metrology

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the global patent pattern and research and development trend of Cynomorii Herba,so as to pro-vide reference for future technical innovation,product development,and industrial development of Cynomorii Herba.Methods:All the pa-tent data related to Cynomorii Herba in the world were retrieved in the incoPat patent database,and patent metrology and chart visual-ization analysis methods were used to analyze the patent pattern,value and quality,technical efficacy,efficacy application and disease being treated.Results:A total of 1 823 global patents were included,with Chinese patents accouting with for 98.8%.The global innova-tion enthusiasm remained low.The core uses of global patents were pharmaceutical manufacturing,special equipment manufacturing,wine,beverage and refined tea manufacturing,and food manufacturing,accounting for 81.5%in total.The hot technology directions of global patents were A61K and A61P,accounting for 81.3%in total,focusing on side effects avoidance,complexity reduction,conven-ience improvement,cost reduction,speed improvement,immunity improvement,safety improvement and other hot technology effects.The efficacy application of global patents was mainly focused on the product and their proportions composed research and development,in-cluding Chinese herbal compound,preparation,composition,medicinal wine,health wine,food,feed additives and other products com-pose of Cynomorii Herba,Cuscutae Semen,Cistanches Herba,Epimedii Folium and other Chinese herbal raw materials,as well as the packaging design of Cynomorii Herba related products,and the main efficacy reflected in these patents were invigorating kidney and strengthening Yang,and tonifying kidney and strengthening bones.The value and quality of global patents were generally low,and the technology innovation,stability and practicability were not high.The patents with value≥5 only accounted for 30.8%,the invention authorization only accounted for 1.2%,and the transfer only accounted for 6.1%,so the technology operation and implementation heat was relatively low.China had a large patent base,but the overall quality was lower than that of other countries,regions or organizations in the world.Conclusion:In the future,we should strengthen the research on the following aspects:research and development about re-sources protection and artificial cultivation of Cynomorii Herba;basic research on new ingredients,new efficacy,new mechanism,new usage,new therapy,new dosage form of Cynomorii Herba;innovating research ideas and technical routes to enhance the technical value and market value of patents;exploring potential clinical therapeutic value,and developping more clinical practical products with definite curative effect;research on new dosage forms such as nano drugs,microcapsules,sustained and controlled release preparations,and new effects such as neuroprotection,anti-aging,prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes,anti-cancer,etc.关键词
