Abstract
Objective To explore the construction and application effect of refined continuous nursing strategy under the medical alliance model for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Ninety patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the Affiliated Hospital of Yangzhou University were included in the study.According to the time of enrollment,they were divided into two groups:the control group which received refined continuous nursing from February 2021 to January 2022,and the observation group which received refined continuous nursing under the medical alliance model from February 2022 to January 2023.The study population was 45 patients in each group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results At 6 months after discharge,the fasting blood glucose,2-h postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin of the two groups were lower than those before intervention.The scores of all dimensions of the Summary of Diabetes Self-Care Activities and the Diabetes Specificity Quality of Life Scale increased compared with those before intervention.The observation group was significantly better than the control group.There were significant statistical differences(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of nursing was compared between groups,and the result showed that the observation group had a higher satisfaction rate(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of refined continuous nursing under the medical alliance model for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can enhance their daily self-management ability,reduce their blood glucose level,improve their quality of life,and raise their nursing satisfaction.关键词
