摘要

Abstract

Objective:To analyze the differences of the contents of gallic acid,corilagin,geraniin and ellagic acid in the roots of Euphorbia pekinensis,Euphorbia ebracteolata and Euphorbia kansui.Methods:Using the Ultimate·AQ-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.5%phosphoric acid with gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,detection wave-length was 254 nm,column temperature was 35℃,injection volume was 10 μL.Results:The linear relationship of the above four com-ponents was good(r≥0.9989)in a certain range.The average recoveries were 95.00%to 106.37%.The RSD of precision,stability and repeatability tests was less than 5.00%.The results of stoichiometric analysis showed that geraniin and ellagic acid were the differ-ent components of the roots of Euphorbia pekinensis,Euphorbia ebracteolata and Euphorbia kansui,corilagin and ellagic acid were the different components of the roots of Euphorbia ebracteolata and Euphorbia kansui.Conclusion:A simple,feasible multi-index content de-termination method for three medicinal materials form Euphorbia is established,which provides a reference for the rational research and utilization of tannins in Euphorbia.
