不同播期对川红花药材和种子质量的影响
Effect of Different Sowing Periods on Herb and Seed Quality of Carthamus tinctorius from Sichuan

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of different sowing periods on the herb and seed quality of Carthamus tinctorius from Sichuan.Methods:Carthamus tinctorius from Sichuan was used as the test material with 15 days as the interval of sowing cycle,from September 2022 to April 2023 continuously.The herbs and seeds of Carthamus tinctorius from Sichuan were collected and their charac-ters were observed,the contents of hydroxy safflower yellowness A and kaempferol of Carthamus tinctorius herbs from Sichuan were de-termined,the volatile oil content of the seeds of Carthamus tinctorius from Sichuan was determined using the Soxhlet extraction method,and the seed fullness was observed by X-ray.Results:With the delay of sowing,the colour of Carthamus tinctorius changed from dark to light and then gradually deepened,the content of hydroxy safflower yellowness A showed little fluctuation,and the content of kaempferol showed two decreasing and increasing trend.On the whole,the quality of Carthamus tinctorius harvested in the fifth to eighth batches(from November 3 to December 18)was better,the contents of hydroxy safflower yellowness A and kaempferol were all higher,which were 4.771%,0.184%,respectively.The volatile oil content of seeds in the sixth batch(November 18)was the highest,reaching 25.89%.The hundred-grain weight of Carthamus tinctorius seeds in eleventh batch(sown on February 1)was the highest(5.151 g).Conclusion:Different sowing dates have great influence on the quality of Carthamus tinctorius herbs and seeds.The quality of Carthamus tinctorius herbs and seeds is higher in November and December,which provides reference for the local and scientific cultivation of Carthamus tinctorius.关键词
