不同育苗基质对穿心莲种苗质量的影响
Effect of Different Seedling Substrates on the Quality of Andrographis paniculata Seedlings

Abstract
Objective:To screen the substrate suitable for Andrographis paniculata seedling cultivation,so as to provide the basis for the efficient and standardized production of high-quality Andrographis paniculata seedlings.Methods:Randomized block method was used for seedling cultivation in Andrographis paniculata point.Control group(CK∶garden soil),mixed matrix T1 group(peanut shell∶vermiculite 1∶1),T2 group(peanut shell∶vermiculite 2∶1),T3 group(turf∶vermiculite 1∶1),T4 group(turf∶vermiculite 2∶1),T5 group(commercial seedling breeding medium),the physical and chemical properties of each substrate,agronomic traits and biomass of Andrographis paniculata seedlings in each group were tested,and the effects of different seedling breeding medium on seedling quality of Andrographis paniculata seedlings were investigated by correlation analysis and membership function method.Results:Plant height,leaf length,leaf width,underground dry weight,root length,seedling strength index,above ground fresh weight,above ground dry weight,un-derground fresh weight of Andrographis paniculata seedlings in mixed matrix T2 group were significantly higher than those in other groups(P<0.05),and stem diameter and root-shoot ratio were better than those in other groups.Membership function analysis results showed that the seedling quality of Andrographis paniculata in the compound matrix T2 group(peanut shell∶vermiculite 2∶1)was the best,the membership function value was 0.965.Conclusion:The seedling quality of Andrographis paniculata in mixed matrix T2 group(peanut shell∶vermiculite 2∶1)is the best.It can be used as a suitable seedling rearing medium for Andrographis paniculata.关键词
