达标理论结合5G+AI动态互动护理在肠造口患者中的应用
Application of standard-reaching theory combined with 5G+AI dynamic interactive nursing in patients undergoing enterostomy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of standard-reaching theory combined with 5G+AI dynamic interactive nursing in patients undergoing enterostomy.Methods A total of 150 patients with an intestinal stoma at Qidong People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were enrolled and divided into two groups by random number method.Seventy-five patients in the control group carried out routine nursing,and 75 patients in the observation group carried out standard-reaching theory combined with 5G+AI dynamic interactive nursing on the basis of the control group.The psychological resilience and other indicators of the two groups were compared.Results At 3 and 6 months after surgery,the scores of the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,Exercise of Self-Care Agency,and Stoma Quality of Life Scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of both groups were higher than those recorded prior to surgery,and the scores of both groups at 6 months after surgery were higher than those at 3 months after surgery(P<0.05).The total incidence of stoma-related complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of the standard-reaching theory and 5G+AI dynamic interactive nursing can effectively improve the self-care ability,psychological resilience,and quality of life of patients with an intestinal stoma,and help reduce the risk of stoma-related complications.关键词
