不同施肥处理对维西糯山药产量与品质的影响
Effects of Different Fertilization Treatments on Yield and Quality of Dioscorea opposita in Weixi County
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To screen the best fertilization scheme suitable for Dioscorea opposita in Weixi county.Methods:Taking the Dioscorea opposita seedlings in Weixi county as the test material,six treatments of single application of pen manure(CK,conventional fertilization),single application of chemical fertilizer(T1),single application of bioorganic fertilizer(T2),single application of grass char(T3),pen manure with fertilizer(T4),bioorganic fertilizer with fertilizer(T5),grass char with fertilizer(T6)were set up.Field ex-periments were conducted to study the effects of different fertilization treatments on soil fertility,yield and quality of Dioscorea opposita in Weixi county.Results:Compared with conventional fertilization(CK),different fertilization treatments significantly increased the con-tents of soil organic matter and available nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium,and the combined application of chemical fertilizer and or-ganic fertilizer was significantly better than that of single application of organic fertilizer and single application of chemical fertilizer,and T5 treatment had the most significant improvement effect.Compared with CK,the contents of soil organic matter,alkali-hydrolyzed nitro-gen,available phosphorus and available potassium in T5 treatment were increased by 9.83%,13.15%,9.82%and 131.52%,respec-tively.The yield of Dioscorea opposita in Weixi county under different fertilization treatments was as follows:T5>T6>T4>T1>T2>T3>CK,and the yield of T5 and T6 treatments increased 22.40%and 19.00%compared with CK,respectively(P<0.05).Chemical fertil-izer combined with organic fertilizer treatment(T4,T5,T6)could increase the contents of extract,ash,saponins,starch,mucinous pro-tein and polysaccharide of Dioscorea opposita in Weixi county,and effectively improve the nutritional value and efficacy of Dioscorea op-posita in Weixi county.Conclusion:Based on the yield,quality and soil nutrients of Dioscorea opposita in Weixi county,the T5(bio-or-ganic fertilizer with chemical fertilizer)treatment is the best,which can achieve the goal of high yield and high quality of Dioscorea op-posita in Weixi county.关键词
