摘要

Abstract

Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the dammar resin of Vatica mangachapoi.Methods:The chemical constituents of the dammar resin of Vatica mangachapoi were isolated and purified by chromatographic methods and structurally elucida-ted by means of various spectroscopic techniques.And glucose oxidase method was used to detect the effect of the isolated compounds on glucose consumption of HepG2 cells.Results:Eleven compounds were isolated from methanol extract of dammar resin of Vatica man-gachapoi and identified as 28-hydroxy-20-taraxastene-3-one(1),3-oxo-oleanolic acid(2),3-oxo-ursolic acid(3),28-hydroxy-β-amyrone(4),28-norolean-12-en-3β,17β-diol(5),28-nor-urs-12-ene-3β,17β-diol(6),asiatic acid(7),28-norlup-20(29)-ene-3β,17β-diol(8),28-hydroxylup-20(29)-en-3-one(9),litseachromolaevane A(10),17α-hydroxy-28-nor-18α(H)-lup-20(29)-en-3-one(11),re-spectively.Compounds 3,5 to 7,10 could significantly increase the glucose consumption of HepG2 cells(P<0.05).Conclusion:Among them,compounds 1 and 11 are new natural products.Compounds 4 to 6,9,10 are isolated from the dammar resin of Vatica mangachapoi for the first time,and compounds 3,5 to 7,10 can promote the sugar consumption of HepG2 cells.
