金银花腺毛分布特点及内含物变化的规律研究
Study on the Distribution Characteristics of Glandular Hairs and the Changes of Inclusions of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the distribution and components of surface glandular hairs of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos at different growth stages,and to explore the correlation between the number of glandular hairs and the quality of medicinal materials.Methods:The morphological characteristics of glandular hairs of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos at different development stages were observed and com-pared.UFLC-QTOF-MS technique was used to qualitatively analyze the contents of glandular hairs of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos.The pharmacodynamic components of different parts of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos were determined by HPLC,and the correlation was analyzed by Pearson method.Results:The components in the glandular hairs of glandular hairs of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos were similar to the ac-tive components in medicinal materials.The contents of chlorogenic acid and luteolin in glandular hairs were consistent with the contents of medicinal materials.The distribution density of glandular hairs was correlated with the quality of medicinal materials.Conclusion:It is feasible to evaluate the quality of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos by using glandular hairs.This study provides an important experimental basis for the quality evaluation of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos,and also has guiding significance for the production,collection and processing of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos.关键词
